You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details for your first appointment. Your package includes two additional sessions, which you’ll be able to schedule separately at no additional charge. Sessions will take place by phone unless we’ve arranged otherwise.
Before Your Session
Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Have some water nearby, silence notifications, and give yourself a few minutes to settle in before we begin.
Until then, simply come as you are. There’s nothing you need to prepare, achieve, or figure out.
